Just a quick question to pose to the masses: why is it that Firefox 2.0 takes no more than 2 minutes to install, yet Internet Explorer 7.0 takes about 15 minutes?
Makes me wonder what core DLLs IE is replacing in my system.

You are lucky. I am running Vista RC2 and IE no longer even starts up on my machine.
Clearly, IE7 is doing a more thorough job.
Yeah, a “thorough job” of rewriting half of my operating system by the looks of it.
